Bad Practice, Bad Service, No Accountability for Bad Service

Very unhelpful receptionists (Beauty and Celia). A simple request for an invoice after making payment was met with resistance and unhelpfulness. No attempt was made to assist in this regard. Both receptionists have an attitude problem, both were dismissive of a simple request and displayed a flawed character of laziness and unwillingness to assist. In addition, they displayed a general attitude of unfounded arrogance and importance. We have been unable to contact the practitioner directly even though many attempts have been made.

I would certainly not recommend going to this practice to anyone else, even as a last resort.
