Bad Service

Disappointing service and administration at the practice of Andre Dumas. The work done on my husband's tooth was mediocre and had to be repaired by another dentist. The administration is bad. They offer down payments on accounts, without any mention of interest. Months after the account were supposed to be paid in full, they started harassing us, sending us whatsapp messages, and demanding payment. We immediately requested a statement just to find out that we were charged interest on interest. We regularly had to request the practice to send us a statement after payment, just to be informed that payment allocations haven't been done. This made it very difficult to manage the account or notice the subtle inclusion of interest on the account. When we confronted them, we were told that they are allowed to charge interest on outstanding balances, which is true if there is no agreement in place, but then they should tell their patients that when they offer down payment. I suggest that they draw an agreement with all the information so that patients can make an informed decision and not be surprised with hidden costs.
