Worst customer service experience

<p>My vehicle was handed over to this workshop with gearbox issues by VIP Carclinic of Knysna.My assumption is they accepted it with everything in order.</p> <p>They send a quotation for R25K for overhaul of gearbox that i didnt accept and opted to buy a second hand one.All was delivered to them for fitting and invoiced for R7200 of which i paid in full.When i send someone to pick up vehicle windows was not working and they say they got the vehicle in that state.where as the ones who delivered are saying otherwise.</p> <p>We asked for acknowledgement that they received the vehicle like that and they even refused citing that they do not want to fight with VIP Carclinic.So now am handed a vehicle with window not working and i can not held anyone responsible,Is this how bussinesses are run . </p> <p>After paying such a fortune and this is what you get..What a frustration!!!!</p>
