Valve/Steam is ******* don't trust them

I would recomend everyone, never spend money on Dota 2 again! I've been playing Dota 2 for a few years now and due to south africa's excellent goverment we had a lot of internet and power outages so Dota threw me into low priority. which I could accept, it's no fun if your teammates disconnects from the games. so to overcome this dilemma I made a new account and started playing again. as I got better I started spending money on the game on my new account and suddenly one day I just couldn't find matches anymore on my new account. My conduct summery is excellent and everything sou I couldn't understand then I send an email to steam support no reply so I'm warning you steam is ******* make sure they don't ***** your money as they did with me if you don't believe me I would gladly provide evidence.
