Dota 2 is unfair

I'm not that good at Dota but always when I play I get stuck with people that level is MUCH higher than mine. And then our team ends up losing cause Dota 2 is unfair. I don't sit whole day playing Dota and have better things to do. So when I play I would like to enjoy the match and not get angry cause Dota 2 is so unfair! Either Dota has to fix the search settings so that team are evened out or I'm done playing Dota!
