Wrong Treatment of Chemotherapy and now they will not approve for the right treatment

Hi I would like to get some answers for my father and regards to his treatment for cancer. My father was at Donald Gordon Medical center for a cancer treatment and he is under the medical Aid of SABC yet he not getting the correct chemotherapy that he needs to get better due to the mistake of chemotherapy treatment that the hospital had given him in the first place...Now he is getting worse and he keeps getting the run around on why he can not be approved for the right chemotherapy which he already paid for...I need answers today
