Disrespectful accounts admission manager
I am disappointed in the service I recieved from the accounts department Charles Lumburgh. I have been a patient at Donald Gordon for over 15 years . I recently had two surgeries there and was never treated with such disrespect. The doctors and nursing even cleaning staff has always treated patients as people that is why this is the preferred hospital for my family and I and this Charles blatantly dismissed my issue and told me to just go to another hospital and threw his title around. The doctors would be disgusted in the manner in which Charles spoke to me and refusing for me to bring my 5 year old for treatment because of another up-front Co payment after I just paid a huge co-payment last week for my other son who received treatment there

Despite explaining my medical concerns and need for assistance, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to help. Tanya's response fell short of the expected standard of customer service, leaving me feeling unsupported. Negligent
