rude

Worst damn service ever!!! phoned in to find out info from the DR only to speak the worlds rudest receptionist i have ever known! first told me she cant give the info as the dr was still on leave, then the next day says she forgot to ask then puts the phone down and then the next day promises to email me the info and never does to so that i can phone her again the next day and she then tells me she doesnt have the info and that she cant help with anything els put a name!! rude and *********** if you dont like your work do every patient and yourself a favor and LEAVE.
