PAY AND BE TREATED LIKE A COMMODITY

No compassion, no quality no care. My 26 yr old sister passed away on 11<br> .02.<br> 15. They made us wait hours for theatre wit no feedback day 1, we were spoken to like animals by reception,toilets in high care are cleaned with the dirty commode water, the kitchen could not provide a slice of toast and jam for the patient, no nurse outside the room all night in high car end for hours in ICU. They did not identify on time that my sister had picked up an infection in her hemo cath, she was gasping for breath in ICU and dr on duty went to another floor. Treated like ********* for asking for a blanket or pillow or pain meds in ICU. Weren't allowed to see her in her last moments and were not allowed to pray from even outside the room in IcU. All blood tests were hours late. Treated like commodities all they care about is how much money has been deposited. We were told we 'looked the gift horse in the mouth', and to do the surgeon 'a favour and not come back' by a representative just for asking for a refund. Nurses not willing to clean patient or help in high care and ICUPlease don't put the life of a loved one in the hands of people who will treat you like a commodity and value money only.
