No communication

I was at the Donald Gordon hospital on 17 oct 17 in the morning 8:00am to admit my self I went to lady name Simone Adams told her I am here to admit my self she phone my medical add to preauthrise I asked her is every thing is authorized she said every thing is fine when I came home I got bill of 3900 from hospital saying that is co-payment I have to pay I phoned my medical aid wihich is discovery they told me that they send email to me on 17 1100am that there is a co Payment when I spoke to the hospital accounts management Charmaine reddy she told me that they did not know scope was needed to be done they only knew on 18 th once the scope was done that is call dishonesty throughing blame on each other very disopointed on the staff the way they handle my case please be carefull of Donald Gordon hospital and there staff do your pre- authorization by your self let them give you letter for every thing going to contact ombudsman for this mater please be carefull these kind of practices is with out athics, dishonesty and disgrace on medical profession.
