Neglect of patients

Its sad that I have to write this review. But what happened to my mom in this hospitals' care today has upset me greatly. My mother could have died because of your neglect. She had just come out of theater and shoved in a room with no monitoring. Her drip wasn't connected and she was chocking on her spit. No help in sight for over half an hour. This is disgusting. Her stay in your hospital has brought in hundereds of thousands and will continue to bring you money because she cannot be treated anywhere else. I strongly advise somebody sort your nurses out. First of all she should also be isolated. But she's been sharing a room which could lead to infection or worse. I hope by writing this someone will take this seriously and do something about the treatment and care of patients immediately.
