Horrible hospitalisation

Admission early afternoon for a procedure that took place more than 24hours later: that means no food untill the procedure. The planning was so bad, dialysis could have happened in the waiting time. The aircon was stuck on 27° for hours in a hospital= brewing germs. Pain; asking for meds then the sr would just say only panado but it doesn't work because dialysis is needed. Rude sr. At last after the procedure food came: renal diet means no potassium ( no potatoe) , what comes on a plate , potatoes. Sends it back and receives rice and 1 piece of chicken thy for a full grown man who ate more than 24 hours ago. So dry not edible and rather eats sandwhiches. Breakfast, no butter or jam, the other patient only receives jam. The sr sighs when asked for condiments. We dont expect 5 star hotel service but at least the more or less R12000 per night to be hospitalised. Why the first night? Just to be in bed?? Nothing happened for 24hours... so who made money out of the waiting deal?
