Domito Development: Poor workmanship (DEVELOPMENT of ISABEL ESTATES Northriding can not be trusted))

Hi A whole year a unit above my unit at Isabel Estates in Northriding Johannesburg has been leaking. The issues are clearly from the development (DOMITO) side , the waste pipes are cast in the concrete slab, there is a leakage on the waste pipes which is affecting the apartment below, within time this leakage will affect the steel on the concrete causing rust and a loose tension of forces will result on the floor slab to collapse. The complex is not even 5 years old and this issue may claim someones life. But Domito Developments is not coming to the party and resolving the issue. They keep pushing the blame to the owner of the unit above my unit and yet they are aware of their POOR WORKMANSHIP hence in 2015 they came to party in fixing a leak from my unit to the unit below. This time around they are just ignoring the matter.
