DB Board Failure - Domito Developments
I had a power outage on Monday night and I tried to contact the developer/landlord but my calls were not answered. I sent messages informing them of the issue and I got no reply. I then contacted an electrical company and they dispatched an electrician. He found that the failure was with the main breaker unit and earth leakage unit. The electrician found that the Board did not have a surge protector unit and advised that this was non compliant and could have prevented the failure. Repairs were done and I was invoiced and I made payment. The landlord is now refusing to reimburse me.
