Worst wireless network provider
I give credit where it's due .but unfortunately I will never recommend DC wireless to any family member or friends as they have the worst service. From bad Signal to poor customer service DC wireless is by far the worst service provider in the network industry. I've been experiencing bad service from the the wireless WiFi side as some times they WiFi just drops and some times the WiFi name or device doesn't even show under thee WiFi phone settings. They came out and replaced the route as to them it was faulty but issue still went on as it was still slow and at times drops completely. I've dealt with many of there employees trying to resolve the issues every time but at the time they reset or whatever they do from there side and works perfectly for about an hour or so till we end up back to it not working and with me doing online trading I need a stable network signal as if it drops it results in a loss to me. I have proof that they WiFi speed is low as I did a speed test only to get around 2mbps. If you looking for a wireless WiFi service provider think twice about DC wireless if they will help you or not as I sent them a message yesterday at 5: 30 pm when I got home and till 22:00pm issue was never resolved .For the money you as a client pay to get good service is not feasible at all as they charge you installation fees and not a cancellation fees when they cannot provide. Below is my rating WiFi network service - 2/10 Employees services - 3/10 Pricing - 3/10 Rehan did assist me and did get the issue sorted for about a week till the drop yesterday.Atleast he knows how to resolve the issue compared to thee others in the company. But however I cannot be having a persisting WiFi problem every week and running a loss in my online trading platforms as I've made the decision to find a new WiFi service provider.
