Zero rating

Very poor service at Dollar Thrifty Cpt Airport, it’s being 2 weeks still waiting for the holding deposit. There’s no form of communication the treatment they give us it’s like they doing us a favor when we rent out vehicles I make a booking with them and return the car on time but till this day no refund I was given. At Cape Town Airport the manager there run the company as if it’s his own poor customer care at the branch we pay for those services you not doing us a favor pay our deposit time. I would have given you a zero rating if there was an option.
