Zero Deposit Refund
The car I rented was good. We rented it for a month and paid the deposit. We returned the VW Polo on 21 March 2020 and since then our deposit has not been refunded. I have requested the refund twice to date, but with zero results. Hopefully it wil be received before Christmas next year.
