Zero customer service, Thrifty are *******

I hired a vehicle with the Centurion branch 28-30 November. I was told by the person at the branch that I would get my deposit refund on the first Friday thereafter. It is now more than 1 month later and still no refund. That is ridiculous. I have followed up several times raising a complaint with the customer service department and not one response.

This company are ******* who take your money and do not know what customer service is.
