Zero Customer Service - Still waiting for my deposit to be returned!

Still waiting for my deposit twenty days after returning my rental car! No communication from Thrifty despite numerous emails, phone calls and THEIR feedback page which freezes! Shocking customer service. No-one answers the phone if you dial 3 for "deposit queries"... but they will answer the phone if you dial 1 for "rentals". Have no idea how they are still able to operate in South Africa.
