Zero customer service
Poor attitude of staff.<br> Inept staff.<br> After a week, still no response as to my request for an invoice. Credit card funds held for a week without being cleared back.<br> Zero call backs from branch. Extremely poor customer service.<br> Broken radio in rental car - Staff unable to find radio pin to unblock it. <br> Thrifty is a complete shamble.
