ZAR 652.00 REFUND

Dear Dollar Thrifty Officials, I appreciate a refund of R652.00 effected into my bank account today, 10 May 2018. However, my question is still not answered and no explanation. The vehicle that was hired had unlimited kilometres and I paid R3,551.00 for an extra day. What is the R652.00 for that has been deposited to my bank account today, 10 May 2018? It will be appreciated if I can be given a clear break down of the costs related to your services.
