You will struggle to get your deposit...Becareful

I have been using thrifty for about 5yrs and have never had an issue with my deposit being returned, i would recieve the same day or a day later, but recently they tell you that its sent to head office an d it takes 7-10 working days, well im now on the 12th day and still waiting for my deposit, i have sent countless e-mails and made alot of calls to no avail, and i know nothing will happen with this post as they dont reply to them as well, but this is to warn potential clients that they will struggle with thrifty
