You are a ****ty company! Rent cars without car insurance!

It’s exactly 1year7months that I raised a concern and you haven’t rectified it! Transaction on my credit card without my concern! I have a credit card with them of R21000 limit, in 2019 December I hired a car in lanseria airport airport Thrifty cars. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and was meant to pay R3000 for access which they already held as deposit. I reported the accident, gave them videos of the accident, gave them contact details of the person who caused the accident and a year later they emailed me telling me their company doesn’t have car insurance so all the damages must be settled by me. Which I didn’t understand why a car hiring company isn’t insured but of course they only mentioned such after the damage was done not before you hire. So they went ahead and debited R25800 on my Capitec Credit card and they succeeded! What I don’t understand is how does a bank allow such a transaction when your credit limit with them is R21000? They denied them access to my card 3 times prior to this… amounts of R1000, R1000, R2580 but they let them take R25800 that I’m now left to pay for! That ruined my credit record! My bank failed me and I need explanations!
