Wrong car and still waiting for deposit.

I recently rented a vehicle from Thrifty I select an AMG C class mercedes, when I got to the airport I received a pathetic BMW 320d I'm not sure in what world Thrifty people live in but a BMW 320d is not even in the same class as a Mercedes AMG. Secondly it's now more than 10 days and I have not yet received my deposit back, my business partner waited almost 2 months for a deposit they say they will return within 7 days. I'm sure they enjoy the interest on our money. Thrifty please just return my money this experience has been nothing but horrible and don't offer a Mercedes AMG and give it clients a *** BMW 320d.
