WORST VERY WORST SERVICE DOLLAR THRIFTY NOT REFUNDED FOR 100 days

Dollar thrifty has not refunded my deposit R 2000(Centurion branch has not refunded for RA# ********** ).It is more than 90 days now.I recommend do not hire a car with dollar thrifty (centurion branch).

Worst customer service and rude manager will never refund your deposit amount. I will regularly update here.

If you want to throw your money away deposit your money @Dollar thrifty Centurion branch. I received call saying your money has refunded.When i check my bank and balance .I came to know i have been cheated. If you ignore my message you will regret in your life/lifetime. Worst experience ever.

Centurion branch manager abused over phone for refunding my money.She was very rude and closed my tickets without my confirmation.My tickets has been closed. I have not received my refund amount. Please investigate centurion branch. No one should experience such horrible service.................................................................................
