Worst service ever

Ref Number ********** I would like rate this company 0. ********** 01. On the 3rd of February 2019 I went to rent a car from Thrifty Car rental. The service consultant at O.R Tambo International was very professional and friendly. I returned the vehicle on the 5th with a full tank of petrol and not a single scratch and I did not exceed the daily Kilometres allocated. I still have not received repayment of my deposit and its already past the 7 day repayment period stipulated in the rental agreement. I got the shock of my life when I log on to "hellopeter" to find the extreme disappoitment of other customers in excess of 150 clients, all complaining about poor service. Extremely frustrating. No one answers the phones. I should have checked their rating before using them.
