Worst service ever

Rented a vehicle from your PE Airport branch. I was charged for petrol after we returned the vehicle with a full tank of petrol. Then on 08/01/2018 an amount was deducted after it was deducted 03/01/2018. I called the PE branch to query this, spoke to Denika and then to Nicola, asked about a double deduction, was informed there is no double deduction on their system. Called 3 days later sent them my bank statement only then did they confirm that money was deducted in error. After numerous phone calls from my side, NON from Thrifty, I was informed that the refund was loaded on 05/02/2018. 1 month after they took money from my account and to date 7/2/2018 the refund still doesn't reflect in my account.

Stay away from them, they are a "bunch of sharks".
