Worst Service

Worst service I have ever experience at a car rental. I was first given the most unsafe car on the road, a Datsun Go that appeared to have been used for bumper cars. When I returned the car I filled it up at the airport Petrol station only to be charged again for fuel and another additional amount, which when I called to dispute they I was told they hadn't debited a new amount. I subsequently sent copies of my bank statement and I have sent numerous emails showing the additional charge off my account and not one single acknowledgement from Thrifty. I will be sure to never use them again. More effort than it is worth to save R200 only to have double deducted for no reason.
