Worst experience renting a vehicle

Customer service is non existent, it literally takes them a month to respond to complaints. Once I returned the vehicle undisclosed charges went off my account without my permission or any clear reasons. Dollar thrifty is really pathetic to say the least, I will never ever use or refer there ****ty service.
