Worst experience ever in my life

This company in Durban City deducted an amount of R10 000 from my credit card account 3 weeks ago now and i have called them, went to their branch more than 10 time looking for my money because I had no booking with them, it only that I once had a booking with them end of July so thats how they got my account details access. They asked me to bring my bank statement as proof of deduction and I gave it to them after that no one said anything to me and when I'm calling them they have been telling me they are investigating why they took my money until today I'm approaching a month now without my R10 000 and no one is telling anything because I even asked them to call Fnb if there is anything they don't understand but still I can't use my money and I'm owing fnb that 10k with interest today. This company is very inconveniencing and they just don't care I wrote to their branch, customer services and their manager in Lanceria Airport since they told me he is the one dealing with my case but until today im borrowing money from other people where as i have my money but they don't want to bring it back
