Worst experience ever!!!!!! :(

<p>We hired a car from Thrifty, first we waited for more than 2 hours just to be assisted. No one came with us to check if all was fine with the car. upon return of the car checks were done and there was a dent under neath the car, like it drove through a rock of some sort. the car was not driven on any bumpy roads and we did not use it much, not once do we recall hitting anything. when the car was being checked the gentleman that checked said everything was fine and as we were on the was he called us to tell us that his colleague just pointed something out to him, which was the dent under neath the car. we disputed it and were told we would be given a call with feedback. a few days later there's money being debited from our bank account by thrifty. no call, explanation, feedback with regards to our dispute was given. </p> <p> </p> <p>my question to the gentleman that was checking the car was if he didn't pick up that there was a dent below the car as it wasn't visible to the face how do they know that it wasn't picked up prior to the people that rented the car before us. even they themselves told us that there are loop holes in their checking system as other people do not do a proper check and they just sign off as if everything is fine on the car because they are in a hurry to finish.</p> <p> </p> <p>so now they are telling us that we have to pay money because someone did not do a proper check. this is really ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will never rent a car from Thrifty again and will definately spread the word about the terrible service we received there.</p>
