Worst experience EVER

The worst service under the sun. Rented a car a month ago, nothing said about my deposit until I called to query and was informed they can't find it but would query and give me feedback. I called the next day only to find out that they found my money and would be short-paying by R1000. The worst part is that upon delivery at the Hatfield branch, Mpho wanted me to pay a bribe to ensure that the car is not checked, for details on that and how it ended feel free to contact me. I filled up before returning but was charged for fuel. I wanted to try them because they were significantly cheaper than the others but NEVER AGAIN, I will pay the extra hundreds because WOW, I'm shook.
