Worst customer experience ever!!!!

This business is terrible and useless beyond belief!

On Friday the 23rd March I booked a car online as their online ad noted that no credit card is required. I completed payment for the vehicle online to be collected Saturday 24th March. However upon my arrival at the branch they told me that they would not release the vehicle without a credit card, and that I could not use the card that I paid with. I left without a vehicle and was promised that I would be refunded the amount paid in full. They noted that this may take about 7 days.

On the Monday 26th March I sent an email noting how displeased I was with the service and that I expect my refund to be released to me within 24 hours as they had no reason to hold my monies. I received NO response from them.

Calling the call centre to get to the refund department has proven useless in the last 3 weeks. There is never any answer. Sending an email is just as futile as this is forwarded to someone to deal with, but nobody even bothers to reply.

Finally today on the 9th April, 3 weeks later I managed to get hold of someone, who then processed the refund to me, only to confirm that this will take a full further 5 working days for me to get my refund. When I asked why there was a delay, the agent simply said he apologizes he does not know what happened he is new....

In conclusion the refund, if paid when promised, will have taken almost a month for me to receive for a service I wasn't even able to make any use! Not only have they taken this long to refund me, but due to their misleading ad, I wasted banking fees to pay them this money, and in the last month this money would also have built up interest. (as I am sure it as for them in their account)

Do not make use of this company at all!!! They give you terrible service and everyone simply pretends that they have no idea what is actually going on.
