Worst company ever!

I rented a car from Thrifty at CPT international airport recently. They charged an amount on my credit card for damages that they could not specify what they were or the cost involved. This is *****! Numerous phone calls have been made to the company as well as emails sent, no response. They have been reported to the relevant authorities.
