Worst car rental service ever

Booked a vehicle at 8:45. It's 9:50 and I am still waiting. After asking why it took so long I got continuously interrupted. To such an extend that Mpho decided it is appropriate to throw a pen on the counter after handing me a form to complete (that I could have done for the hour that I have been waiting for my car)
