Worst Car Rental Company In SA (DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES)

I did a reservation with this unprofessional and ********* company. I collected the car and the lady who helped me didn't do a check on the car and luckily I noticed the car was full of scratches and dents. The car looked like it was in a cat fight. I turned around and demanded she note all the scratches and dents on the check sheet because I know if I drop the car off at OR Tambo there is going to be hassles.

Lo and behold when I dropped the car off at OR Tambo there was a problem the Lady who did the check incorrectly numbered the sheet and now I am being blamed for their incompetency and have to pay R3300 for a dent that was there when I received the car.

When I dropped the car at OR Tambo the guy who checked the car and his Superior both said the lady marked the check sheet incorrectly.

In future refrain from giving customers vehicles in such a HORRIBLE state .

No one calls to explain what is happening or to give you feedback. They keep on telling you we will investigate but no gets back to you.

This is the worst service I have received from any company. And by reading all the reviews on Hellopeter they actually have a reputation in ripping people off and they don't care as long as they have your money. It's all sunshine and rainbows on their side.

They make me sick. I will NEVER EVER use their services again and advise anyone else PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!! They will rob you in any way possible and make it seem like " it's your fault we have to take your money for no reason".

For a muslim owned company I am appalled in your business ethics.
