Worst car rental company in SA

This is the worst car rental company in SA. I hired a car in 2018. Paid for it in July 2018 with my business card, had to fill out a sponsor letter bcos the card had my partners name on it, which is fine. Got to King Shaka airport to pick up vehicle, they gave my hired car away, so they gave me another one. The day b4 returning to jhb, my daughter's handbag with the cars keys got ******. I called the office to ask them if they could Plse send the spare key. They tell me that the spare key is in Jhb. They can send another hire car but have to take another deposit from me. I asked them if they could tow it, which they did. The next day I Uber to the airport, go to their offices to sort things out. They tell me that their insurance does not cover lost or ****** keys and that I wud have to pay for a new key as well as re coding of their spare key in Jhb. I had to pay Aprox R4300.00...the manager sends me an email with the amount owing, I ask her via email if that is the final amount, she responds YES. I authorise them to debit my card for the amount which they do n it goes thru my bank account. Cool right...not the end. January 2019 I see that thrifty debits my card for R4679.00 I immediately contact my bank and they freeze my card, but the amount goes through. I call the manager in Durban, she tells me I had an outstanding amount, I tell her that it was paid, I send them the proof of payment. They eventually refund me on the 5th February.... To date I have NOT received an apology from them or even a call from them....
