Worset car rental experience of my life.

On the 30th of July 2018 i hired a car from this company and i returned the on the 2nd of August 2018.I then received my invoice which was within the amount owed to the car rental.Within the same day i received a notification from the where the company had done a duplicate deduction amounting to R2805.I laid a dispute with the company on the 08th of August 2018 which is still unrsolved till to date.I have furnished them with proof from my bank and their invoice.The lady who has been assisting is still giving me a run around about my refund.The service to say the least has been nothing but a nightmare.This company is exploiting consumers in the worst manner,i want to expose them for their poor service,i urge those who want to use their service to know that you are running a risk of being ****med of your hard earned cash.
