Worse service ever : charge exorbitant amount for deposit and don’t return it

Worst service ever , I a rented a bakkie with them as I was moving and returned it on the 11 of January. A month later I’m still waiting for the deposit . A whole 9k . I’ve been calling and sending emails for over a week no assistance. Been told a lie after the other , we will call you back , it’s been escalated, we are having a backlog.. Bathong after a whole month ? And when I called and asked to be transferred to someone who can help since they have been telling me the same thing , they put me on hold and hanged up on me ! !!!! Don’t waste your money with these people. Stick to reputable car rental
