WORSE CAR HIRE EXPERIENCE

I hired a kombi in the morning, and returned it the same day in the evening. All was fine, my account debited as per the agreement. 3 weeks later another debit for higher than the rental agreement was debited to my account. After 2 days of repeated emails, I finally received a call from a lady at the sandton depot that they made an error and charged me for a late drop off, the amount would be manually reversed the next day. It's been another week with numerous emails to Thrifty and I still don't have a reversal or even a commitment that this will be reversed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
