WHY does it take 3 to 5 days for hold on deposit
i collected a car from the CPT offices on Saturday<br> The lady that assisted me got the holding deposit wrong despite me correcting her before she processed the payment<br> Instead of 3000 she took 5000 and after 10 mins of waiting it was reversed<br> NOW this is done at my expense ... almost 2000 bank charges for her fault<br> Now today the fuel and excess kilometres are sorted and I must wait 3 to 5 working days for what ???<br> Thrifty honestly this is absurd<br> I need my money asap<br> Ive already wasted 200 rand on bank charges due to your employees mistake
