What a shock

<p>We hired a car at Thrifty car rental for a weekend in windhoek. When we collected the vehicle, we were told that we had UNLIMITED milage, and that was even written on the invoive we revieved. After rekening the vehicle, we had an amount of R580 deducted from our deposit, as we had exceeded the allowed milage. When we did an enquiry into this, we got told that it was a mistake the member of staff made when we picked up the vehicle, and that we will not be refunded. Sonde then we have not had any communication from them, even after se veral emails sent by me and my wife</p> <p>I am shocked. They are *******, plain and simple</p> <p> </p>
