What a sad excuse for service

Good Day I have been calling your claims office about my query and nobody has ever returned my call. I have patiently waited for a month before taking this further action. Honestly I'm not getting any feedback on my query. Every time I call in Chantal is out of office or not at her desk.

I have cooperated long enough and I am tired and honestly do not have the time for this back and forth.

Thrifty was soo quick to charge and deduct from my bank account. When I want a valid explanation as to why after I repeatedly called into your call center informing thrifty and the man I spoke Ishmial guaranteed me that I would not be liable for your faulty vehicle. I also filled a form complaining about the condition of the car that I was given when I returned it to you cpt airport branch.

This kind of service is unacceptable and very disappointing as I have been constantly recommending Thrifty to all my acquaintances.

You might as well close down you customer service dept because it is useless
