What a ******* company this is

Made a booking online and is now trying to find a way to cancel my booking but this seems to be a process that Thrifty never thought of. I phoned and emailed and even though I was assured it would be cancelled it is simply not done. From the emails I received it seems that a person called Moaaz Bhana is responsible to do the cancellation, but this must be one of the many employees at Thrifty that has contributed to the terribly bad reputation of this company. This person is simply not in the mood to assist customers. Hence my plea for help. If someone at Thrifty is listening, please cancel my booking. Thereafter, never ever again Thrifty even if you give away your rentals for free!
