What a horrible service with disrespectful consultants

I'm so disappointed, never thought this was the kind of service will be getting after such all the lies that were promised, after renting the car they advised the will be processed within 48 hours, today its 72 hours even more our deposit is not processed, even worse they even debited our money for something thta was never disclosed, now I'm being transferred from pillar to post and what's worse spoke to a rude consultant with sitty attitude who even dropped my call, I'm so disappointed with such horrible service from such a big company
