We dont care we dont need your business

I made a booking for a car hire with Thrfty via there agent bookings.com. Before making the booking I called the Lanseria branch to confirm the car type is available and told go ahead and pay and make the booking on the booking.com website which I did. I called the call centre spoke to the booking supervisor Lizanne who is totally unhelpfiul, rude and has dont care attitude. She refused to even take my details and placed the responsibility on bookings.com.

Lizanne has no manners how to deal with clients and refuses to listen to me despite the fact that I gave her the number I called at Lanseria airport and kept asking for a name,
