These guys just cant get this thing right. I hire vehicles weekly and always have issues from being charged twice on credit card to vehicles not in good order. I have had to replace brake pads at my cost on one vehicle hired. Counter staff are *********** and unfriendly. Some just don't acknowledge you when you are there to help keep their company in business. Odd occasions good service is received. What is unacceptable is the fact that they take double payments for a hire then tell you to wait 10 - 14 days to get it back. Trying to get someone who can assist is also enough to commit suicide. I will seriously think three times before using them again
