Waiting to be paid out!

On 01 February 2018 I published this complaint... I am still waiting for someone to contact me with regards to my problem like you stated you would! I refuse to wait any longer to receive my money! Pathetic service!!!

Ref: IV/CB-12/08/16-FF36HPGP-29888 My husband has used Thrifty for years when needing to rent a car. On the 10/08/2016, the driver Mr H Jantjies, vehicle registration number, NPN86940 of Big Foot Freight, failed to keep a proper look out whilst attempting a right hand turn, colliding with my husbands rented Datsun Go, with registration number, FF36HPGP.

My husband has been contacting Thrifty since then to obtain his R5000 back, which you insist on customers to pay when renting vehicles to cover damage. What is the point on making your customers pay when they never receive the money back, even after it was not their error???

We have waited long enough and have been more than patient! Thrifty, you cant expect people to use your service if you do not respect them!

I trust we shall receive the R5000 shortly!
