WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR ANSWERS- DONT USE THEM EVER

We were involved in a MVA in September 2015 when we had hired a car. The accident was not our fault and this has been confirmed by the claims department at this company. They are just not getting back to me with feedback. I had to pay the deposit over (R 5000), and a R 500 admin fee- for what? They have not done any admin. Surely if it was not our fault we should not be penalized. This company are very quick to take your money but not so quick to sort out a problem. I have had to do all the running around for them- getting police reports etc, yet they took the R 500 from me. Six months down the line and there is no feedback. They are useless, and if you are reading this and wanting to use them, don't! you do so at your own peril...
