Very poor service...I'll never use your services ever

My husband made a booking through Rentalcars.com and could not see it through due to other reasons...which he cancelled on the day of the pick up. Myself his wife took over the car but was told to make a new booking as mine was cancelled for the same car....to his surprise when he was supposed to be refunded by Rentalcars.com he was told that Thrift did not update their systems that he didnt take the car...Thrifty are now saying I made 2 bookings...of which one was not followed through...I didn't that was my husband's booking....and one of 2 companies need to provide the truth as Rentalcars.com cannot refund if Thrifty is saying my husband took the car. Such poor service...
